Dr. José Miguel de Carvalho Cerqueira, the President of the Foundation, was a guest member of the Scientific Committee of the International Conference MICRADS’ 18 – Multidisciplinary International Conference of Research Applied to Defence and Security, organized by the Ecuadorian Naval Academy “Cmdte Rafael Morán Valverde” and held at Salinas, Ecuador between the 18th and 20th of April 2018.
The aim of this conference was to gather academic researchers and professionals of the military sciences so that they could present and discuss the most recent innovations, tendencies, results, experiences and reservations of the multiple perspectives of Security & Defence.
