The admissibility certificate of the Foundation’s name was requested to the Institute of Registries and Notaries on 3 May 2017;
Establishment of the Foundation by writing deed at the Public Notary Offices of Carlos Manuel da Silva Almeida, at Avenida Defensores de Chaves, 51-B, on 9 May 2017;
The Presidency of the Council of Ministers was asked to recognise the Foundation on 11 May 2017;
On 26 June 2017, the Presidency of the Council of Ministers informed the President of the Foundation of the need to send additional documents and to make changes to the by laws / statutes;
On 26 July 2017 the Presidency of the Council of Ministers accepted the changes suggested by the administration;
In accordance, the Foundation’s by laws / statutes were modified by writing deed at the Public Notary Offices of Carlos Manuel da Silva Almeida, at Avenida Defensores de Chaves, 51-B, on 5 September 2017;
The Foundation was officially recognised through the Dispatch signed by Maria Manuel de Lemos Leitão Marques, Minister of the Presidency and of Administrative Modernisation, on behalf of the Prime Minister on 31 October 2017;
This recognition was published in the Diário da República (Official Gazette), 2nd series, no. 223, dated 20 November, with the number 9974/2017;
The Foundation registered its activities with the Ministry of Finances on 11 December 2017;
On 12 December 2017 the Foundation was registered with the Department of Social Security;
On 13 December 2017, the Foundation’s request to join the Portuguese Centre for Foundations was accepted.
On 8 May 2018, the Portuguese Industrial Property Institute (Instituto Nacional de Propriedade Industrial) granted the national brand registry numbered 596216 to the Foundation heraldry and motto "AMAT VICTORIA CURAM". It is a mixed signal, composed by an image and a text, and it was registered under de 41st class of Nice's Classification.
Following the Law n.º 157/2019, it was made the Foundation register at Conservatória do Registo Comercial de Lisboa.
