Officers in the Portuguese Armed Forces, members of the Portuguese Security Forces and of the Community of Portuguese Language Speaking Countries (CPLP). Priority will be given to education provided via the Military University Institute, the Military Academy, the Naval Academy and the Air Force Academy.
