The President of the Foundation, Dr. José Miguel de Carvalho Cerqueira, is a guest member of the Scientific Committee of the International Conference MICRADS’ 19 – Multidisciplinary International Conference of Research Applied to Defence and Security, organized by the Brazilian Military Engeneering Institute and held at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, between the 8th and 10th of May 2019.
The aim of this conference is to gather academic researchers and professionals of the military sciences so that they can present and discuss the most recent innovations, tendencies, results, experiences and reservations of the multiple perspectives of Security & Defence.
