The Casa Carvalho Cerqueira Foundation was present at the Seminar “Pensar a Segurança e Defesa Europeia” (Thinking about the European Security & Defence) organized by the Portuguese Military University Institute on the past 9th of May.

This Seminar, with the presence of prominent actors of the Portuguese Foreign Affairs and of academics specialist in this subject, has the objective of analysing, in a critical and constructive approach, the European Security & Defence and the Portuguese positioning in it.
